It looks like Kendrick’s shout out of the Nike Cortez Women only furthered the demand for the classic sneaker as we see it get hit with the NSW treatment with a trio of premium quilted uppers in some autumn ready colorways. Arriving in a surprising quickstrike release, the shoe appears in a predominantly nylon construction in a black, squadron blue, and cargo khaki while leather rounds out each toebox. Each pair sports khaki suede Swooshes above the diamond patterned stitched nylon side panels that gives it a luxurious feel.
In addition to the Fly Motion Nike Cortez Men in the Forrest Gump colorway, Nike has just released this Classic Cortez Leather in the same White, Red, and Blue colorway. The biggest difference between the two shoes is the silhouette and innovation, with this pair using the Nike Cortez Sale silhouette, notice the name, and the Fly Motion using an updated silhouette of the Cortez that also features Flywire and Nike Free.
With its Flywire-equipped, Free soled update apparently shelved for the time being, here’s a look at a new Nike Cortez Cheap. These old school runners are just for ladies, but the super clean nylon and suede design is sure to find its way into dudes’ closets. Both of those materials are done in the aptly named ‘Cool Mint’ shade of green, while grey leather Swooshes and white on the sole and sockliner add some balance.
