Yeah, you may use Gmail customer service if the email did not appear in Inbox. But, before going for it, you have to check for the filter or forwarding, an IMAP or POP setting in your mail settings. Sometimes, the mail server or email system downloaded and also copies messages and delete them from Gmail.
